DEFINITIONS

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning "the Company" means Omar Afridi Limited. "The customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by the company to the customer.

PAYMENT & VAT

Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company's choosing but the company will attempt to comply with the customer's selection. Carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice. All prices for items delivered within the EU include VAT where applicable. The VAT charged will be at the UK VAT rate. VAT is not charged for goods and services delivered outside the EU - 20% of the price of goods is automatically deducted at the checkout.

RETURNS

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your within 28 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all swing tickets attached. We offer an exchange or refund in line with our returns policy. We will only exchange for the same style in a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we ask that you return your original item for a refund and place a new order. All refunds, exclude any original shipping costs. Notice of contract cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations must be given by email to: help@omarafridi.com You will need to return the order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned with a valid RAN number to: Omar Afridi Limited Returns, 1st Floor, Bowood House, Empson Street, London, E3 3LT. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of us receiving your return parcel and exclude all shipping costs unless an error has been made by us. REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to improve your shopping experience. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Omar Afridi Limited account.

CLAIMS

Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to the company within 7 working days of delivery. The company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made here under, and the customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by the company promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the company for examination.

LIABILITY

If the customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, the company shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer credit for their invoice value. In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

SPECIFICATIONS

The company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
